In order to get your pre paid card, you just need to visit a participating branch of Travelex, Thomas Cook, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Co-Operative Travel or your local travel agent, take with you a form of Photographic ID, and some cash to put on your card and you are ready to go!
Because the pre paid card locks you into an exchange rate, you will never be surprised by any charges. For example when using your debit or credit card on holiday the exchange rate rates will fluctuate, some may be good, but some may also be bad and give you a nasty shock at the end of your holiday when your bill comes through from your card.
